What you will do:
- Supervise all Plumbing activities.
- Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
- Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture that is hyper focused on delivering value to customers
- Manage a P&L; responsible for department hitting revenue and gross operating profit budget targets
- Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews
- Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs get sent to right calls
- Create technician work schedule
- Review and approve department payroll
- Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment
- Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures.
What you need:
- Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills
- Residential Plumbing Experience, Required
- 2+ years of Management Experience, Required
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screen - subject to applicable law.
- ServiceTitan or other Field Software experience, preferred
COMPENSATION: $80,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience!
