What You Will Do:
- Work closely with a lead technician to assist on service calls, installations, and diagnosing residential electrical systems
- Help guide customers through solutions and assist in ensuring excellent service outcomes
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Support the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to advance your skills
- Support the electrical team as needed to contribute to team success
What You Need:
- A valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to maintain it)
- Familiarity with residential electrical work, safety protocols, and relevant codes
- A team-focused mindset and a strong foundation in customer service
- Physical ability to perform the demands of electrical field work
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute
