What will you do:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes, with the ability to sell solutions.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures, which will include toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs with a focus on promoting upgraded products and services.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes, with the capability to recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
- Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems.
- Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
What you need:
- Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- At least 1 year of experience in residential plumbing service & repair
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Physical dexterity.
